The Society for Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics (SACNAS) and Native Americans in Science is a society that aims to further the success of Chicano/Hispanic and Native American students in obtaining advanced degrees, careers, leadership positions, and equality in the STEM field.

The University of Chicago SACNAS chapter provides personal and professional networking and development events to the STEM community by leveraging our professional and personal networks, in addition to the national SACNAS network, allowing them to serve, support, and lead a vibrant minority STEM student community on campus at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
