Outcomes
- Youth applicants will be exposed to Coroโs experiential learning approach in an environment that is both welcoming/supportive and challenging.
- Youth applicants have opportunities to foster new connections to expand their personal/professional networks.
- Coro will learn about the applicants for the selection of the 2022 cohort.
Interviewer Responsibilities
As an interviewer, your foremost responsibility is to make observations and assessments of the applicants that have the key characteristics:

About the program
Exploring Leadership (EL) is a transformative summer program that trains high school students to become active citizens and assumes leadership roles in their communities.
Through a set of Coro modules, the program increases Youth Fellowsโ abilities in critical thinking and goal setting, ultimately giving them the skills to become effective facilitators and collaborators for community change.
