I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been recognized as one of Negocios Now’s 2025 Latinos 40 Under 40™ honorees for the San Francisco/Silicon Valley region! 💛

This award celebrates the leadership and impact of 40 young Latinos across sectors like business, nonprofits, science, and technology. It’s an incredible honor to be included alongside so many inspiring changemakers. The ceremony will be held on May 29th at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, California.

As a Senior Software Engineer turned Engineering Manager at Slack, I’ve made it my mission to build inclusive products and inclusive teams. From advocating for diversity in tech to mentoring aspiring engineers and supporting the next generation of Latina software leaders—this recognition is not just mine, it belongs to my community too. ✊🏽💻
