Full redesign of Byteboard's core candidate evaluation artifact

Overview
Led the complete redesign of Byteboard's Skills Report — the primary artifact clients use to evaluate candidates — from scratch. First major project at Byteboard after joining in February 2022. Updated the design system for the client platform in tandem. Technologies: React, Firebase, TypeScript, MUI.
Highlights
- Skills Report code hadn't been touched in nearly 4 years
- Updated design system and refactored codebase for maintainability
- Goals: increased transparency, better candidate behavior highlights, improved readability
