💼Work
- Building on the Agentic SDLC team at Slack, bringing AI agents into every step of how software gets built, for engineers and non-engineers alike.
- Averaging 40+ PRs a day with coding agents and helping pilot factories: agents that build in the background, around the clock.
- Fully cracked ⚡ at work. I love what I do, and it's genuinely fun for me.
✍🏽Writing
- Just published AI Is Fertilizer. Now We Have to Learn to Prune. 🌳, my take on keeping codebases healthy at agent scale.
- Refocusing this website around how companies adopt agentic AI, with more essays on the way.
🌱Personal
- Learning to grow two Washington navel orange trees 🍊 with Andrew. Still working on that green thumb.
- Spending most of my free time with Andrew and my corgis Luna and Sueño 🐾, plus two roommates now sharing the house.
- Still working toward my PADI Divemaster 🤿, with the instructor development course (IDC) on deck for next year.

- Transitioning from the Sidebar Systems team to the DevXP team at Slack, shifting focus toward developer experience and tooling.
- Bringing everything learned in sidebar architecture and AI adoption into building better tools for engineers.
🛠️Side Projects
- Rebuilding this website from the ground up, migrating from Webflow to a fully self-owned Next.js stack.
- Going deep on AI-assisted development workflows, integrating Claude Code and MCP servers into my daily engineering practice.
🌱Personal
- Spending free time with my two corgis Luna and Sueño 🐾 and my boyfriend Andrew, living in the East Bay.
- Pursuing my PADI Master Scuba Diver certification 🤿, less than 2% of divers reach this level. ~100 dives logged and counting.
