As an Engineering Manager at Slack, I led a pod of 3 senior engineers (frontend and backend) on the Lists team, helping ship features that improve productivity and collaboration for hundreds of thousands of users.
💼 Key accomplishments:
- Shipped high-impact features like Bundled Tasks (Task Lists, Subtasks, Programmatic Reminders), contributing to FY26 Q1 goals
- Drove Enterprise Reliability efforts and led our Trust initiative (focused on accessibility, performance, and reliability)
- Ran customer love sprints, quarterly retros, and monthly team syncs to foster team culture and iteration
- Co-created our quarterly roadmap and aligned engineering priorities with Slack’s FY26 V2MOM
- Organized our Productivity Onsite with 125+ attendees across Product, Design, and Engineering
