
Slack is where work flows. It's where the people you need, the information you share, and the tools you use come together to get things done.
In this role, I worked on a cross-functional team and used my deep understanding of web technologies to improve the Slack.com experience with a key focus on usability, performance, and accessibility.
Technical Highlights
∙ Developed the top 3 pages visited by sales leads creators — Homepage, Contact Sales, and Enterprise
∙ Technical lead for a cross-functional team of 5 engineers responsible for the Salesforce & Slack acquisition web updates
∙ Mentored my team's first summer engineering intern and received positive feedback from my pillar's director
∙ Lead developer and maintainer for the Contact Sales form — the largest driver of lead generation on the web
∙ Helped generate 11K+ unique leads, 500K+ visits, a 99.7% success rate, and $85 million+ in pipeline revenue generated (~90% of all marketing pipeline revenue comes from Slack.com, and ~80% of that is from this form) through one year of the contact sales form
∙ Influenced $15M in the pipeline and 7.7M web impressions as lead engineer for Reinvent Work campaign

∙ Awarded a spot bonus for my leadership work in organizing a team offsite that received a lot of positive feedback on the format and content
∙ Recognized with a company award ("Win of the Week") for setting up React training with the creator of React Router for over 30 senior+ engineers
Diversity & Inclusion
∙ Awarded a merit bonus for my leadership work with the Fuego ERG which I co-founded and led during the pandemic
∙ Organized 13+ workshops for the Fuego ERG, with active membership increasing by 4x
