Overview
Built Techqueria's job board as part of a full website migration from Hugo to WordPress, in collaboration with the WordPress Special Projects team. The board enabled self-serve job posting, candidate resume submission, and auto-piping of new posts to the Slack #jobs channel, generating passive revenue for the nonprofit.

- 700+ page views in first 28 days after launch
- 3,670+ candidates in resume bank by September 2021
- Designed job board icons, managed Slack channel integration
- Used WP Job Manager plugin with custom enhancements
- Airtable resume bank integrated with Slack channel notifications
- Generated new passive revenue stream for Techqueria as a nonprofit
