Helping reduce customer churn by creating a more useful first-time dashboard experience for a new client at Byteboard.
Highlights
- Refactored 1,000+ line dashboard into modular components (main page reduced to 200 lines)
- Created reusable DashboardCard, DashboardColumn, DashboardFilterBar components
- Supports multiple dashboard states beyond zero state
- Project ran November 14 to December 6, 2022
- Managed using Asana; designed using Figma with UX designer
