It's really important for people to understand the work we do beyond the product, both for our brand and for the reputation of our engineering organization.
- Communication: In meetings and in Slack channels I admire how you communicate proiect updates, questions and potential blockers to others. People look up to you as someone who knows how to communicate effectively with different types of stakeholders to ensure that all of the bases are covered.
