The Art of Raising Your Career Visibility

For Latinx Heritage Month, I was invited to speak on my experiences in tech and my take on DEI and leadership in tech as a woman of color.

My host, Mary Despe, wanted to have a more candid conversation on DEI and experiences with people who are living the journey since most DEI conversations involve HR practitioners.
