I redesigned the Skills Report which is a crucial Byteboard artifact used by clients to make decisions about their candidates.
Highlights
- Skills Report code hadn't been touched in nearly 4 years
- Updated design system and refactored codebase for maintainability
- Goals: increased transparency, better candidate behavior highlights, improved readability
