Spent the day at Futura Fest, hosted by the Latina Coalition of Silicon Valley, on the "Leadership Without Permission" panel — moderated by Elena Valle, alongside Noelia Corzo, T. Shá Duncan Smith, and Dennise Rosas. 🌺
The theme of the day, in one line: Latinas are not waiting to be invited anymore. You could feel it in the room — women at every career stage showing up not for credentials, but because they were hungry to learn and to connect. That hunger was more striking to me than anything on anyone's resume, mine included.
Getting to share the stage with panelists I genuinely admire, in a space built specifically for us, is the kind of event that recharges me for months. Grateful to Yesica Vera-Guerrero and the whole Latina Coalition team for building something this real.
