One line stuck with me from the prep for this talk:
"The smartest person in the room is no longer the one with the most answers, but the one most willing to be a student again."
That framing felt right for a room full of early-career engineers. The skills that got you here — curiosity, adaptability, willingness to go deep — are exactly the skills that matter most as AI changes what "engineering" means.
We talked through how Agentforce and Slack are powering the Agentic Enterprise — what it means for Salesforce to be recruiting 1,000 new grads and interns to help build that future, and what it looks like to work on AI tooling at a company operating at this scale.
The Futureforce cohort is impressive. The questions were sharp, the energy was high, and I left more optimistic than ever about the next generation of engineers coming up. 💛
