Speaking at Dreamforce: Exploring AI Agents in Slack 💬

Spoke at Dreamforce for the first time last week! 🎤

I had the honor of presenting four sessions on AI agents in Slack at the Basecamp Theater in the Trailblazer Forest. 🌲

As someone who works on the Slack Sidebar Systems team (yes, that thing you stare at all day!) and previously helped launch Slack Lists, which now helps showcase Salesforce data inside of Slack, it was amazing to share how Slack is evolving to become a powerful product as the conversational home for AI agents. 💯

• It was exciting to see all the buzz around Slackbot AI — basically ChatGPT inside Slack. I’ve been using it a lot at work, and it’s going to be a game changer once it’s fully launched. It’s not just another chatbot — it’s an AI companion that understands context and can take action across all your Slack data.
• There’s huge opportunity for Salesforce customers to unlock new productivity by connecting CRM data with conversational workflows.
